I loved the charming atmosphere at this hotel! The breakfast delivered at 8:30 each morning was a delightful surprise, and enjoying it in my cozy room made it even better. Plus, the towels were changed every day, and the hot shower was perfect after exploring.

this so-called hotel was infested with outrageous stairs, more like a never-ending workout. the room smelled like it hadn’t seen a fresh shower head since dinosaurs roamed. also, woudl it have killed them to offer some sort of complimentary gesture? fancy a warm welcome or upgrade, or is that just for the elite? I almost enjoyed my stay, but just couldn’t.

It was a good pick for exploring Amsterdam and very reasonably priced. The owner helped carry my luggage up the stairs, which was a big relief. Make sure to brace yourself for the steep climb to check-in.
